In Spiritual Leadership: Moving People On To God's Agenda, the authors, Henry and Richard Blackaby, offer insightful counsel into the ways God develops, guides, and empowers spiritual leaders. A major focus is the understanding that our "best thinking" will not build the kingdom of God. Spiritual leaders must reject human reasoning in favor of God's infinite wisdom and allow Him to reveal His plans.

Training material has been developed as a resource to support a leader who wants to share the principles contained in the eleven-chapter book, Spiritual Leadership, with others.
