1. Our resources are shipped from San Antonio, Texas.

2. Processing can take 2-3 days though generally, it only takes 1 day. However, for rush or expedited shipping (overnight, 2day delivery, etc.) we will process immediately and send the item that day if possible.

3. Rush or expedited orders received after 3 pm cental time Monday - Thursday will generally ship the next day. Rush or expedited orders received after 12 pm cental time on Fridays will ship on the next Monday unless that day is a holiday.

4. If for some reason, we can not meet your expedited shipping, we will contact you immediately.

5. We do not ship on weekends.
