1. Our resources are shipped from San Antonio, Texas.

2. Processing can take 2-3 days though generally, it only takes 1 day. However, for rush or expedited shipping (overnight, 2day delivery, etc.) we will process immediately and send the item that day if possible.

3. Rush or expedited orders received after 12 pm cental time Monday - Thursday will generally ship the next day. Rush or expedited orders received after 12 pm cental time on Fridays will ship on the next Monday unless that day is a holiday.

4. If for some reason, we can not meet your expedited shipping, we will contact you immediately.

5. We do not ship on weekends.
