Dear Faithful Prayer Partners,

Thank you for praying for our ministry. Please carefully read and remember these requests from Richard, Tom and Don Gibson. We are so grateful that God has led you to support our ministry in the way.

Richard once again greatly appreciates your prayers. Thank you for praying for the bulging disk in his spine that was causing him severe pain in his right arm. The doctors did an injection that finally brought some relief from pain. Currently he is about 90% pain free. Pray that the cause of that pain will be dealt with so it does not flare up again.

Richard also appreciates your prayers for his travels in February. He spoke with his father Henry at Fresh Encounter conferences in Aiken, SC and in Danville, VA. He also spoke to a group of senior military chaplains at Hilton Head. Richard asks you to pray for General Doug Carver, the Chief of Army chaplains who is seeking to honor God in his role in the army. Richard also spoke in a young adult worship service at Bay Leaf Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC, chapel at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest where his son Mike attends, NC, the annual meeting of Ron Blue's Kingdom Advisors in Atlanta, a regional meeting of Christian schools in Birmingham, AL, and a mini revival at Five Forks Baptist Church in Simpsonville, SC.

Richard would appreciate your prayers for him and his family in March. He will be preaching a revival at First Baptist Church, Columbia, IL; a missions banquet in Jackson, MS; a Fresh Encounter Conference with Henry in Lubbock, TX; a multi church revival in Chattanooga, TN, a CEO training in Dallas; preaching at El Bethel Baptist Church, Greer, SC; preaching at Washington Street Baptist Church, Greer, SC. He will also be involved in meetings in Colorado Springs, CO and also trying to take a week to be with his kids during their spring break. Thank you for your faithful praying! Richard and the rest of the BMI staff can tell the difference!

Richard also appreciates your prayers as BMI seeks to develop something entirely new. They are designing a "Leadership Network" which will provide many focused resources to church and business leaders. They will also be launching a coaching ministry where church and business leaders can enlist a BMI resource person to provide them personalized leadership coaching. BMI is also providing a brand new spiritual leadership conference which can come to cities and encourage spiritual leaders in the church, business world, home and government. Please be praying as BMI seeks to fund and staff these new avenues of ministry

Tom will begin teaching a Spiritual Leadership online class March 1 - people can still register anytime over the 8 weeks if they like. We will have students from Asia and Africa participating. This is a great way to disciple and train spiritual leaders around the world. If anyone wants to provide a $40 scholarship for students in developing countries, let us know!

Tom will join Henry and others in teaching Called and Accountable classes in two federal prisons in Louisiana March 16-22. They will be in both a women's and men's prison, leading chapel, teaching, and visiting prisoners in the hospice and on death row. They would really appreciate your prayers for them during this time. Please ask God to give them spiritual wisdom and insight to know how to challenge and encourage those in the prison system.

Tom has completed his manuscript for a new book entitled, Experiencing God’s Love in the Church: The Missing Ingredient in Today’s Church and How to Bring it Back and hopes it will be a great encouragement to God's people in the days ahead.

Plans for Tom speaking in Beijing, China have now included Shanghai. The trip is tentatively planned for the last week of September and the first week of October. Please pray for all the details to be worked out and the funding to all be in place.

Tom asks prayer for raising funds to teach Experiencing God and Spiritual Leadership in Myanmar (Burma). Originally this was to be included in the Beijing trip in the fall, but logistically will not work, so it will have to be a separate trip in October. Please pray that God will lay it on the hearts of His people to provide the expenses for the airfare to Burma (about $2000) before October.

March 26 - 28 Northlake Baptist Church, Dallas, TX - Pray for this church and the team that has been invited to conduct a Your Church Experiencing God Together Weekend. Pray for the church as they make spiritual preparation and seek to continue to serve the Lord faithfully although their numbers have diminished. Pray that this study will encourage them and that God would strengthened them.

We deeply appreciate those who intercede that every ministry will be done in His power alone and bring Jesus Christ great honor and glory.

“When Your people go out to battle against their enemy, wherever You send them, and when they pray to the LORD toward the city which You have chosen and the temple which I have built for Your name, 45 then hear in heaven their prayer and their supplication, and maintain their cause."
