Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation for the Fresh Encounter Conference:
     a. Cancellations received on or before February 1, 2009 will incur a $15.00 fee.
     b. Cancellations received after February 1, 2009 will incur a $25.00 fee.
     c. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the conference will not receive a refund.

Fees
Conference fees cover the cost of all on-site events and materials (see agenda for details). Other meals, lodging and travel are at the expense of the attendee. All arrangements for travel and lodging must be made by the attendee. Blackaby Ministries International has negotiated special pricing with some area hotels as a service to conference attendees. Blackaby Ministries International is not responsible for any hotel accommodations or services. See Hotel page for lodging information.

Schedule Changes
Changes to the conference agenda and scheduled speakers may occur. Registrants will be notified of significant changes in advance. Any cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy.
