Registration Confirmation
Seating is limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Online registrants will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of their application submittal with confirmation of their acceptance to the conference. Phone and mail registrants will be notified by mail within 10 business days of their application being received.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation for the Fresh Encounter Conference:
     a. Cancellations received on or before February 1, 2009 will incur a $15.00 fee.
     b. Cancellations received after February 1, 2009 will incur a $25.00 fee.
     c. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the conference will not receive a refund.

Special Needs
Please be sure to note any special health accommodations that are needed. We will try to make accommodations to the best of our ability. If you are under a doctor’s care, please consult your doctor before committing to the conference. For questions regarding accommodations, please call (770) 471-2073.

Hotels
Blackaby Ministries International has negotiated special pricing with some area hotels. Registration fees DO NOT include hotel accommodations. Blackaby Ministries International has negotiated these special rates as a service to conference attendees. Blackaby Ministries International is not responsible for any hotel accommodations or services.

Child Care
Child care will not be provided at the conference. Attendees will need to arrange for their child care needs.
